WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
Our CrossFit program is an hour-long class that is instructor-led. In CrossFit, our workouts are constantly varied, functional movements, with relative high intensity.
Constantly varied: Each day, our workouts vary. They vary in length, loading, structure, and movements. This allows your body to see continuos results while keeping you intrigued to see what you’ll have to do next.
Functional movements: Our training helps to prepare you for life’s everyday movements. You can take the movements we use in CrossFit and apply it to properly grabbing a bag of cat litter, pushing yourself off the ground to play with your kids or grandkids, or to squat down to clean your floors.
High intensity: Whether you are a former football player, kindergarten teacher, or grandfather looking to improve your golf game, our coaches will customize the daily workout to fit your needs. The goal is that at the end of the workout, each athlete will have reached a very similar intensity relative to their current fitness level.
DO I NEED TO GET IN SHAPE FIRST? HOW WILL I KNOW ALL THE MOVEMENTS?
We start athletes who are new to CrossFit off with an OnRamp Program. You will be assigned a lead coach who will take you through 6 one-on-one classes teaching you the fundamentals of CrossFit. They will give you an overview of Nutrition, our class structure, and assist you with an individualized mobility routine, based on your needs.
