Why I CrossFit:
I began Crossfit in 2013 shortly after recovering from a virus that damaged the nerves in my right shoulder. I was in a bad place both physically and mentally, and it wasn’t until I ran into Clint at Panini’s (he asked me to try out this new Crossfit gym he joined –I’m sure you’re all shocked) that I saw an opportunity to reintroduce myself to a healthy lifestyle. The process of gaining back the strength that was lost was extremely frustrating, but it was made so much easier because of the welcoming, community-like environment that this gym provided. I have formed so many great friendships and memories at Crossfit Saol and cannot imagine what my life would be like without it.
