The 7th Annual Reindeer Games at CrossFit Saol - 2130 East Aurora Road, Twinsburg, Ohio

RX Prizes: 1st place $1500 (If we have 15+ teams, $3000)
2nd place $1000 (If 15+ teams, $2000)

Men complete calories first while women hold/hang, then women complete calories while men hold/hang. If an athlete drops from the hold/hang, all 6 athletes must stop and stand on top of boxes.

Weights for squats & step-ups: Men use: 70lbs-KB/50lbs-DB/35lbs-KB

Women use: 53lbs-KB/35lbs-DB/25lbs-DB

Pass Thru: Feet must make contact with or pass tape line. The taped line is 2’ from the front of the parallettes and 2’ from the back end. Both athletes MUST face same direction. Athletes feet may not touch ground in middle.
