On Ramp Program – Access to our 2-week program plus an additional two weeks of unlimited group class: $145*
On Ramp is comprised of 6 one-on-one or small group classes. Our coach will help teach you the basic movements of CrossFit, understand nutrition, work on mobility and prepare you for our main class. After the 6 classes of On Ramp, you will then have 2 weeks of an Unlimited membership before deciding if you’d like to continue. To sign up or learn more, reach out to us below.

Unlimited Group Classes – Unlimited access to all CrossFit classes during the month including Open Gym: $145 / month

3x per week Group Classes – Access to 3 CrossFit classes per week throughout the month (Open Gym counts as a class): $115 / month

CrossFit Kids – 1 day per week
1 child: $55 per six week session*
*20% discount on additional children

At Home Programming (Workouts On Demand)

Full access to our programming, warm-ups, cool-downs, and accessory workouts! That is one hour of workouts a day, 6 days a week.
