Schedule

CrossFit Saol follows a 3-on-1-off, 2-on-1 off schedule. We believe that 2-3 days of intense training followed by a day of rest for all of our athletes is critical for results and injury prevention. All of our classes are approximately 1 hour long.

*Our Thursday schedule will also is in an open gym format. Active recovery workouts will be programmed, but we are a bit more free-flowing on Thursdays. We are giving athletes an opportunity to pick their own path.
